"We didn't use this stay. We realised we had inadvertently booked the wrong night. Upon trying to swap the night we were told no. No swap no refund no nothing. It was super hard to get through to the property, phone just rings constantly. We had to go via a third party who did try for us but to no avail. Our fault but no assistance from the property"
"There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which was a no-no for me, and there was no safe in the room to keep your valuables when you go out.

Loved my stay, been 15 years since my last stay here and if anything it was better this time. Good one night spot if you need to visit Rugby"
