This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.
You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.
This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. So happy we booked this property, this unit was perfect for the two of us. First, the view is fantastic! Sunset every evening from the comfort of your balcony is amazing, and loved that we were only steps from the beach. The property is well maintained.The unit is tastefully appointed, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and all basic amenities were covered. Excellent communication with the owner Jim! Grocery store, restaurants are all close by and the area is truly wonderful. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Yes, steps from the beach! Property well maintained. Building is older but kept fresh and clean. Interior as listed, nicely decorated. Bed comfortable with good sheets! Nice to have beach chairs on site. Quiet. Go for it!

The condo was updated and immaculate. The view of the beach could not have been better. The balcony also offered fantastic views of the sunset. My wife and I plan to make the location our permanent vacation destination for all our future beach trips!

The condo was just like it was pictured. The beach is steps away and you are close to food, grocery stores, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend.

The property was well updated and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority for Jim. We have stayed at quite a few different condos on our beach vacations and this was by far one of the cleanest. Jim was very accommodating and even checked in with us at different points throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great view of the Gulf and beach. Good communication with owner. Nice property: clean, very quiet central air, well-lit property sign out front and elevator. Nice appliances and large walk-in closet. Beach umbrellas were a plus. Balcony had 2 chairs, 2 tables and a lounger. Did not use the pool or televisions. Only thing keeping from a 5 star review was the bed. An upgrade would be a big help.

Nicely appointed unit with fabulous view and access to the Gulf of Mexico...soft white sand and beautiful water was just steps away. The owner was unbelievably attentive and really cared about our experience in LongBoat Key including sharing very helpful information about LongBoat Key and surrounding areas, where to eat and activities. Had a fabulous few days highlighted by much needed beach time (using provided umbrellas and beach chairs) on a beautiful thinly populated beach and wonderful dinners out.

My good friend goes to Longboat Key regularly. I found this property on VRBO and was very pleased with what I found with the condo and the communication with the owner. Unfortunately the hurricane cut our stay short. VRBO and the owner reimbursed us 100% very quickly. That was much appreciated.

Condo Unit 201 in Longboat Key is one of the best rentals we've ever had...hands down! The unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the view of the Gulf was phenomenal from the balcony. The owner was very gracious, responsive and extremely helpful answering any questions we had about the area. Great dining options are only a few minutes' drive away. The shopping at St. Armands and the Mote Aquarium are a must do. We will certainly be back for another visit. If you're looking for a quiet get-away steps away from the pristine beach of Long Boat Key, look no further!!!
