  • Ven y descubre esta joya escondida de 4 habitaciones en la playa / bahía oculta y disfruta de todas las comodidades en tu hogar lejos del hogar. Alimenta tu apetito al aire libre y disfruta del hermoso clima en este oasis tropical magníficamente cuidado. Estos espaciosos terrenos están situados en 1. 8 acres de tierra que también cuenta con una cancha de tenis privada, de tamaño completo, cercada. Para los entusiastas de los navegantes, disfruten de atracar su barco / yate en su muelle privado de aguas profundas en el patio trasero.

    Esta casa de 4000 pies cuadrados es perfecta para entretener y acomodar a todos sus amigos y familiares. Esta casa ofrece cuatro amplias habitaciones y tres baños y medio. Ubicado en el piso principal hay tres dormitorios; uno de los cuales incluye un baño en suite. La suite principal de gran tamaño, que se encuentra en el piso superior, cuenta con vestidores para él y para ella, baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande con múltiples cabezales de rociadores, lavabos y tocadores para él y para ella y baño privado. Toilette con bidet. El dormitorio principal también cuenta con una sala de estar / lectura en suite con hermosas vistas panorámicas de la bahía y entre costas.

    El comedor formal cuenta con una mesa de comedor para ocho personas con vistas despejadas a la bahía y a la costa. La gran cocina Chef completamente surtida, diseñada para el entretenimiento, viene con: una estufa de gas Viking de seis hornillas, parrilla plana, dos hornos y una llave para llenar ollas. Esta cocina también cuenta con encimeras de granito, con dos lavaplatos, una gran máquina de hielo congelador / refrigerador Sub-Zero con un segundo refrigerador Sub-Zero debajo del mostrador y una mesa de mármol con cuatro asientos. Esta cocina también tiene una chimenea de leña de doble cara con un televisor de pantalla plana en la parte superior de la repisa.

    El amplio salón ofrece vistas despejadas a la bahía y a la costa. Esta habitación está bellamente decorada y también cuenta con una chimenea de leña para esas noches frías con un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. La sala de estar, así como la cocina comedor, tienen puertas correderas que desaparecen y conducen al patio exterior cerrado y a la piscina privada.

Beautiful house and property with everything one needs for a private and quiet vacation. The beach access is nearby and it's a quick drive to the island's three best restaurants.

This property in Longboat is by far the best beach property we have ever stayed in Florida. This is our third stay and we have already booked next year. The beach is only a few blocks away and sunsets are to die for. The back house has a dock and you can fish there if you want, which kids love to do. This year we were visited by a manatee and the kids went wild! The pool is a good size and it is screened, which means no bugs. The house is always updated from year to year and if your family loves to eat it has the most fabulous kitchen. It also has great restaurants to visit or order from. If shopping is your delight, Sarasota Downtown area is 20 min away and the shops there are very nice. It is the perfect house for our family.

We had a fun vacation with plenty of room for kids and grandkids. They loved the pool, the beach and playgrounds nearby. The house was comfortable and clean. Carlos was helpful, pleasant and quick to respond.

Lovely home, beautiful pool, close to a quiet, not crowded beach. Check in process easy and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a lovely family vacation at this property. The island was friendly, the beach felt private and was beautiful every day, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We especially loved fishing from the dock. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

The home is lovely and spacious. The views of the bay are beautiful and it feels very private. We enjoyed the heated pool and the tennis court. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed. Beds and sheets were so comfortable. We had one issue upon arrival that was handled promptly and expertly. Awesome hosts! We’ll be back for certain.

Wonderful stay

Spent a week with family at this vacation home. The house was very spacious and clean and an easy walkable distance from the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, mostly the pool. Very close to restaurants and the grocery store which made for a laid back and relaxing week!

Beautiful home in a great area

My family had such a great time staying at this home. We had our dog with us as well. The beach is a pretty short walk, with no one at it when we went. The kitchen was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed cooking in it. We look forward to staying here again!

Great vacation

Family

This is our third stay at this property and I have already booked for next year. The house has everything: beach, lake, pool and a wonderful kitchen. It also has pretty good restaurants near by and you can rent a boat, jet skis, etc in a place near by. The owner is very responsive and always attentive to our needs.

Wonderful Longboat Key vacation home

Our family had a fabulous time at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was delightful, the gourmet kitchen was out of this world, the tennis court was a treat, and all the rooms were clean, organized and inviting. The location on LBI was great, as the beach was a short walk away. The house was well equipped with whatever one might need to have a comfortable stay. We Hope to be able to come back next year.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. The owners was so nice he checked several times to see if we were happy. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous House fully recommend

We had a family gathering, from Ireland, UK and the US. The house was even better than described online, very comfortable, beautiful private dock and pool. Rooms all spacious and beautiful furnishing. Kitchen so well equipped, we loved our stay and will book again. Thanks Carlos for everything.

Absolutely Amazing!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best. The home exceeded my expectations. The pictures of the property are 100% accurate. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need and more. Carlos was a wonderful host, responding to all my questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Excellent Stay

We were very pleased with every aspect of the property. The home was clean, spacious for a family with kids, and comfortable. The pool was a great size and the temperature of the water was perfect! Beach access was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again in the future. I also want to add that the property manager was very prompt and responsive with any questions we had.

Don't Hesitate

This property is beautiful, fun and relaxing. We fished off the dock, played in the pool and a short, quick walk to the beach. House was great for us and our adult children/spouses. We never felt cramped or unable to gather together. Kitchen is AWESOME! Carlos was AWESOME!

2024 Longboat Key Vacation

We were thrilled with our stay. The property was exactly as pictured and the home accommodated our family perfectly! We love to cook, and the kitchen was our hang-out spot. We loved having the covered pool and access to fishing at the dock. Temperatures were very hot while we were there so our pickle ball games were limited to early in the morning, but it was so nice to have the court available. Close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.
