"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"This was an absolutely beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Oxford just steps from Westgate Mall, which literally saved us during the 100-degree F heatwave! Many stores and restaurants in the mall had Aircon! We were very thankful to gain early access for parking so we could get lunch and see the Ashmolean and Blackwell's while waiting for the firm 4pm check-in.
