Great location, decent rooms and property was well maintained overall. However our room had a wet carpet smell and the continental breakfast was very lackluster and they ran out of several things between 9-10am

Lovely B & B in a central location to explore the Finger Lakes region. Wonderful breakfast served each morning made with local ingredients along with lively conversaion with other guests. Definitely recommend Gothic Eves for a relaxing get away.
