"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house this weekend! The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach, no shoes required! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great parking, which made everything so convenient. The house had that cozy beach house vibe both inside and out, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again!"

"Location, location, location just steps from the beach with great beach view from screened porch. Very sweet beachy vibe throughout this roomy second floor apartment. The stairs were easy. The place was quite comfortable. Dog friendly place on dog friendly Dewey beach. The owner went beyond to provide supplies. Lots of extras. We like to cook in and the kitchen was well appointed for that. The beds were comfy, the children’s room was perfect. We would love to come back again."

"The host and check in was flawless.th condo is cute but small bit did the job. 1 big issue is the condo is listed as 2 baths… but it’s on 1.5 bath. Only one full bath for 5 adults was disappointing and it sleeps up to 10. There is a very small shower upstairs. If you’re a bigger man/women best of luck. 2 main areas of concern was the back yard was filthy and the floor of the outside shower was algae green looking. "We had an excellent stay at the property. It was even more spacious in person than it looked online! The yard was spacious as well, good for our corgi. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and the one neighbor we interacted with was very nice. A couple of very minor issues we had: we didn't get our check-in info until morning of (it was a technology related glitch, not the host's fault); saw a few tiny ants in the master bath; some of the jets on the large tub in the master bath didn't work...
