"There were 4 parties attempting to check in at the same time. We all had to call some number given to us by the person at the front desk and wait on hold for them to send us a check in number via email. This was supposed to be the code to the door, but we were still handed a physical key because the codes didn’t work.
The person on the counter was not helpful. The common area wasn’t clean and had a few boxes of food sitting on the table and no one cleaned it up even in the morning when I came...

"Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. Something to keep in mind there’s not a lot of places to hang up stuff to dry if you need to. The kitchen is small but functional. We didn’t use the stove but there is...
