Step inside our cozy studio bungalow, and you'll find a space thoughtfully designed to provide all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Enter outside to the deck through the newly added sliding glass door to an idyllic spot to relax, sip a glass of wine, and create cherished memories.

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs under 30lbs.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• Parking for one COMPACT vehicle.
• No garage available.
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy
• No highchair, no Pack N’ Play, no child gates.

• Appliances: Blender, toaster, toaster oven, two hot plates, microwave, GAS STOVE/OVEN is included)
