"At check in, noise from water feature was so loud the receptionist and I had to shout at each other. To get to the converence center it was necessary to walk some distance throgh smoke filled casino. Buffet open only Thurs-Sun leaving only fance dinning or snack bar as options. Wait staff and service in fancy dinning slow and did not seem experienced, needing reminding what servicing pieces were needed."

This time, our room faced the highway and was not very quiet. Steps from train tracks with trains using their required horn when passing through crossings. "Beautiful hotel with clean, pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Quite a few items were not available - yogurt, juices, oatmeal, peanut butter. Hotel is fairly remote from other businesses and not within walking distance of restaurants."

"The hot tub falsely advertised on the listing was not available. The place was quite unkempt, but nothing bothered me more than the staff. If you are a person of color, DO NOT BOOK this hotel."

"This would've been a five star review but for the postage stamp size pillows. If you don't mind sleeping on a throw pillow great! But if you want something bigger this isn't the place for you. The hotel could at least provide a variety. One woman who asked for a regular size pillow never got it"

"First floor window didn't lock, was moves to a new room then that one had hair in tub drain and it drained slow, dental floss on floor, main areas smelled of smoke and had not been cleaned well for awhile. Only ice machine that worked was on 3rd floor. Would not return."
