"Lovely well presented house very clean inside and lots of supplies, for the 10 days we were there!! Very convenient for Daingerfield State Park and Jefferson (Caddo lake) plus 5 D Steahouse in Avinger. Property is close to lake but all access is over grown for kayak use, also NO central AC - so bedrooms are hot if you close doors at night! We would not want to stay for a summer :) which I didn’t read when booking it!! Luckily, we had lots of rain and cloudy days, so most of the time the ceiling...

"This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! Very sweet, cozy, peaceful place. The ring toss game on the porch was a nice touch! Zach communicates very well and the check-in process is a breeze. Providing body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and creamer, snacks, and a couple of bottles of water is so nice! We hope to come back to Jefferson soon and will definitely stay there again!"

"This house was spacious, extremely clean and beautiful! The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. The pool table was such a hit with the family. The backyard was large and comfortable with a beautiful fire pit, and deck. The check in process could not have been easier! Great communication! We would love to stay here again!"

"10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND,,,,This was the PERFECT back home country getaway for usWe came from Virginia to complete in the KYKX Big Bass Tournament. This place was absolutely perfect for us and our sweet Zena (huge 55 lb puppy) she had plenty of room to run a play.I am from Texas so all of our kids and grandkids came Saturday we grilled on the back porch and they enjoyed swimming in the lake for the day.This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city lifePerfect back...

"This is a great property. If I could change anything about it; it would be to update the king matress. It was uncomfortable, but such an easy fix. I would highly recommend this place. We had such a wonderful time and couldn't wait to get back to play and enjoy the area. A great get away for our family. Very nice and cozy. Thanks for all you have done!"
