"Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. "

"room was not cleaned properly the bed sheets had a stain. the couch was soiled, there was fingerprints on the furniture and door and the floor was not clean with debris. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was very loud. The hallways of the hotel had an artificial freshener that was overwhelming. I was really disappointed in our room. "The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I received messages about if our room was ok and if we needed anything. I was given a choice for what floor I wanted to be on. The only thing that i didn’t care for was that the fan/ac never turned off and it was loud for someone who is a lite sleeper. The rooms were super quiet. "

"The room we we given had a malfunctioning thermostat and AC unit. When I went down the front desk she said we could just unplug the AC. She said she knew about it but still put us in the that. When I asked why she did that she said”She didn’t think it was a big deal” We it was. You don’t tell people to unplug 220V plugs. She never offered to move us although the hotel was not full. Very poor customer service."

"The room was clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast included bacon, sausage, and eggs along with a variety of pastry and bread options. I would recommend this property as an affordable option while in Chattanooga. "

"We only saw one staff member. He was at the front desk and very nice. Continental breakfast was a joke. Lousy coffee and a hostess Twinkie type pastry. For almost the same price or a few bucks more there’s much better quality in the area."
