"Lovely stay , welcoming staff great hotel "

"Great location, safe area, nice room, great breakfast. I like having a restaurant on site for lunch or dinner if I need. Food was very good at the restaurant with good service. Breakfast was always well stocked and had variety. Sainsbury across the street, Waitrose close as well as Starbucks, Pret, Chipotle, Nando’s and many other restaurants. Close to two tube stations - Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court. Can easily walk to Kensington Palace or Natural History Museum. Not far to South Kensington...

"Very nice hotel, good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Close to an underground station - 5 min walk. Area around is a bit run down, few options for eating out. A very good hotel for the cost and a good base for touring London by public transport. 40 mins from Luton airport with Uber."
