"Would have been helpful if they actually sent me the confirmation number so I could check in to my room. The rooms were also dusty and we slept with the same sheets every night which grosses me out. Could have changed the sheets or something. Big issue was the staff being very reluctant to help you ..."

"A good hotel on the edge of the West End theater district. Rooms are typically small like most London hotels, but are well- appointed, quiet, and clean. We didn’t try out the restaurants or other services in our brief stay but would happily stay here again:"
