"Interesting check in process and very welcoming lobby with flavoured water, coffee and a candy bar! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The “courtyard view” is a strange interior area, but did let some natural light in. My only real complaint was the mattress. Comfortable in its own, but if sharing you could feel if someone was breathing too heavily. The opposite of do not disturb. Not a great sleep because of it. Otherwise, loved the robes, the bathroom amenities, etc. "

"Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. "The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it. "

The tv was held together by packing tape - really. Again, TV’s are cheap - why would they not fix this. The shampoo was empty? It’s pretty basic for a hotel to check these things daily - or at least it used to be. The sofa bed was unusable. My children took the mattress off and slept on the floor - and...
