When you enter the flat, the kitchen will be on your right, the living room in front of you, and the bedroom and the bathroom to your left. Kitchen has all necessary equipment required to prepare your own meals. Tea and coffee are complimentary. Living room has a smart tv with IPTV service. Most UK and US channels, all sports channels, all movies and shows from Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount, Disney, Hulu, etc. are available. The dinner table seats four and the sofa-bed sleeps two people. Bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress and clothes storage. Room darkening curtains are available. Full bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a hand wash basin. Guests will have access to all areas inside the property, as well as the communal garden space. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
