The apartment was spotless and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host and check in were easy. We loved the location. Neighborhood was lively but very safe and convenient. Our favorite thing about the apartment was the treetop view!

We stayed in the flat for Location: top notch for London. Close to buses, tubes, termini for the south and west, in fact this flat puts London at your oyster card tips. Major tourist attractions close. Clean, great check-in/check-out, kitchen/lounge well converted from the older block. Hard to imagine any place better or host better organized.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It was our first trip to London and this rental was in the best location. Central to all the Underground lines, bus lines and within walking distance of a ton of things. Easy to get around. Communication with the host was great. Lenn answered all my questions in a timely manner. One of our best vacations ever.

Perfect Theater District lovarion

Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, London Eye, Piccadilly, shows, restaurants and bars. Would certainly stay again!

The location itself was amazing and when we checked in the property was very clean. There are a number of factors that are out of control of the property. When we checked in it was extremely warm so the air conditioner itself was a bit undersized for the apartment. It only was in the hallway so we had to close off one of the bedrooms completely and make it unusable and use the main bedroom and kitchen sofa bed to make a difference. With it being an upper floor it was still hot. The master bedroom mattress was also a bit uncomfortable (cheap mattress) and could really benefit from a mattress topper. Other than that the place itself was beautiful and the house did a lot to accommodate guests and make them feel welcome. There was a lot of love and attention to detail of put into preparing the apartment then I would absolutely recommend it to anybody, especially if it was cooler.

Amazing location and stay!

Can’t say enough great things about this rental. It was a wonderful treat in an excellent location. The beds were cozy and the common areas were well kept. Major plus for having an elevator!

The property is just as pictured online. We were very happy with our stay and Lenn/Natasha were fantastic and very helpful with our arrival from Heathrow airport. We would stay again the next time we’re in London.Thank you, Lenn and Natasha for being such great hosts!

The location was excellent; it's near busses, trains, restaurants and coffee shops. The place is clean, cozy and has a great table for everyone in my family to gather around. It was great having the extra sinks in the bedrooms for a group of five people to get ready each day. The beds were comfy and the refrigerator was a great size. The check in and check out was easy because Lenn gave such great detailed directions. It truly was a perfect place to stay!

Great location in central London

The apartment was a great size for four adults. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, has everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was perfect for the theatre trip we had planned, very close to everything. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if we plan anotger celebratory trip to London.

Dad and two adult children

We found the location to be excellent. Easy walking distance to many dozens of theaters and wonderful places to eat. We decided to actually walk most places, but the underground was extremely available right up the street.I would highly recommend this for both the location and cleanliness and the layout of the apartment

Fantastic location! Cozy apartment that is close to everything. While the street noises are quite loud, closing the windows really dampen sounds from below.
