Central Flat in Spitalfields

An ideal location for anyone looking to make the most out of living in some of the most vibrant areas of London, whilst maintaining fantastic access to the city centre and, a fabulous living space to call “my place”.

The apartments we offer are bright, neatly furnished one-bedroom properties with fantastic and modern living areas, creating perfect living spaces for anyone looking to make a home in London!

Each bedroom comes with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and bed linen (100% cotton with all duvets and pillows hypoallergenic). You can find an additional sleeping room in the living room where there are two single sofa beds for any guests who happen to come and stay with you!

The kitchen comes with an oven, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine, with all the typical utensils and crockery. The living area is comfortable, with a smart tv and dining space as well as coming with Wi-fi already installed (35 Mbps). There is one main bathroom in the property with a bath/shower, sink, toilet as well as amenities such as shampoo, shower gel and fresh towels and bath mats.

Please note that the beds in the living room are 2 air mattresses.

The apartment is perfectly located between Liverpool St Station and Spitalfields Market. Surrounded by some of London's best restaurants, bars and cafes. The area is full of buzz, with countless attractions and things to do within walking distance, from parks, canals, museums, art galleries, markets and places to eat all nearby.

The apartment is great for business travellers working in the City of London with most of the financial district a short walk away.

Liverpool Street Station (London Underground, Overground, and Rail services) 4-minute walk.

The nearest London Underground station is approximately five minutes walk from the apartments at Aldgate station. Liverpool Street Station is the closest station for standard railway and Overground services and other tube lines, as one of the most connected stations in the city, with nearby Bank station connected via underground walkway for access to the Docklands Light railway south towards Canary Wharf and Greenwich.

Buses from outside Aldgate East station are frequent, traveling to numerous areas across the city, with night buses operating on most routes. For anyone wishing to or considering driving within the city, this area is inside the congestion charge zone, which will result in the customary £15 charge to be paid for being able to drive around the city during the day.

From Liverpool Street Station you can reach London Gatwick (average journey of 40-50 minutes) and London Stanstead (50-60 minutes) airports via direct train, which is handy for living in this part of the city.

Good for max 3 people

The apartment is small but very nice and in a good location, with Liverpool Street Station just a few minutes' walk away. I also appreciated the agency's prompt responses. My only complaint is that there's no sofa bed in the living room, but they provide inflatable mattresses.I booked for four people, but there was absolutely no room in the living room for the two mattresses. They told us to put the second mattress in the bedroom, but it would have been impossible to move. They told us I could deflate the mattresses every morning, but it's certainly not practical to have to take the sheets down every day and put them somewhere. I had to adapt and let my 15-year-old daughter sleep on the 1.5-meter-wide sofa, so she had to sleep curled up for nine days. Frankly, I would have expected at least a partial refund for the inconvenience.In short, this apartment shouldn't be rented for four people, but for three at most, and in this case, it's a good solution.

The location of the flat is excellent. It is quietly located in a side street near Liverpool Street Station with many restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood. But the flat looks much better in the photos than in reality. The rooms are in need of some renovation. The floor squeaks with every step. Some of the chairs are very wobbly, and the kitchen equipment is limited. The mattress was already very soft and the bathroom simple and worn out (but at least clean).

Location excellent. Prop size ok. Had trouble at checkin as keys not in box. Had to call mgr who was responsive. Property was not ready at checkin time and keys were with cleaner inside apt Amenities were good

Fantastic London Location

The location of this flat was excellent! A 7 minute walk to Aldgate underground station allowed us to get anywhere. A 5 minute walk in the other direction got us to a variety of pubs and restaurants, coffee stops, a small grocery store and Spittalfield’s Market. We could easily walk to the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, and Leadenhall Market. Initially we weren’t sure about the neighborhood as there was a lot of graffiti, but we never felt unsafe and it was very quiet, as was the building itself. I’m not sure if the flat we stayed in was the one pictured as the paint and some of the furnishings were different. We were a bit disappointed that there was only one couch although the photos showed 2 as we’d planned a Christmas Day family movie marathon/game day and ended up having to have a couple of us sitting on the floor. Mostly had everything we needed - could have used a few oven mitts, tongs, washcloths, and blankets. We never had an issue running out of hot water and the water pressure was solid. The flat was warm during the day although it could get a bit chilly overnight. The heater in the bathroom was great in the a.m. While the unit had a washer/dryer combo, we never figured out the dryer. Sometimes it would dry and sometimes it would say it was drying but the clothes would come out wetter than when we started. Having a dishwasher was a bonus. Communication with the manager was great. Overall, there was plenty of room for 4 adults and we were happy with our stay.

place was as described. Location was really good and getting in and out was easy. always responds to my questions and needs. I hope their property is available again the next time I visit.
