Splendid, light and spacious apartment between Fulham and Kings Rd Chelsea.

A beautiful and spacious 3rd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hand basin ,shower and toilet, plus another shower room, toilet and hand basin.
A large ,light reception room, with dining table, plus a lovely eat in modern kitchen.Good WIFI
Located in a traditional London mansion block, serviced by a lift.

The apartment has been recently refitted with the luxuries of a modern home. With all modern amenities this is somewhere where you can find rest and relaxation within the hustle and bustle of London. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift in the building.

I AM ON WHATS AP, FACE TIME OR SKYPE.
I INSISTED ON A PHONE CONVERSATION BEFORE BOOKING. BUT Sadly this is no longer possible as VRBO dont show me the telephone number UNTIL THE FLAT IS BOOKED


IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR BOTH ME AND THE GUEST TO FEEL HAPPY ABOUT THE CONTRACT WE ARE BOTH ENTERING INTO.
I CAN ALSO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE.
I AM AFRAID, IN THIS DAY AND AGE, SADLY, THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO RUN SCAMS. I HAVE HAD, SUPPOSED GUESTS, REQUESTING BOOKINGS,ARRIVING IN MY FLAT AND RELETTING IT!
IT IS UNBELIEVABLE BUT IT HAS HAPPENED LAST YEAR. SEVERAL YOUNG PEOPLE LOST A LOT OF MONEY
ALSO IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE TOTALLY HAPPY ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE COMING TO.
COMMUNICATION IS SO IMPORTANT.

WE DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS ANY MORE ON SUNDAYS AS I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO MEET YOU WITH THE KEY.



Whilst the flat is set up for a 7 night stay it is possible to rent from 5 nights but at the same rate.

PLEASE PLEASE , WHILST I DONT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT if the carpets get stained or anything gets broken I would so appreciate being told. Rather than have people walking into a flat with stained carpets or broken bins

The apartment was lovely, spacious and just what we were looking for. It was also very clean and well stocked with all we needed to get us started. The neighborhood is great, and since there was a tube strike underway while we were there, we chose to spend our first few days within walking distance of things and had plenty to do. Several nice restaurants were also within about a 20 minute walk. Sadly, the lift was not working, but that was a building issue and not the fault of our hosts. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend.

Chelsea Base Camp

The property is roomy and has all comforts you need. Located near Kings Road and many restaurants and shopping but a 10-15min walk to multiple tube stations. The lift was out of order for our visit which made carrying luggage 5 flights of stairs a challenge. Host was in constant contact and checking in was a breeze.

Cannot say enough great things

Booking with Jude was fantastic and easy- she was communicative. The neighborhood was awesome and we loved walking around and discovering Chelsea. It was a walk to the tube but our true home away from home in London. Spacious, well maintained, and GREAT amenities! We hope to stay at this flat again!

Great Flat!!!

We made our first visit to London and couldn’t have been happier with this flat and the owner. It is very centrally located with great access to the tube and bus routes. A short walk to several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Jude was an excellent host and very gracious. This flat was perfect for our family of four with ample space for our family. It was very clean and everything was exactly as it is advertised. Thank you Jude for sharing your flat with us and we will definitely book it again on our next trip London.

Great place to stay for a London visit

Clean, efficient, cozy, flat in a quiet safe neighborhood. Great access to public transportation - 10 minute walk to the Gloucester underground station and block or so to the bus line. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay for 5 days in London

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and it was wonderful to have so much room. We really appreciated having a lounge area and two bedrooms - one with two single beds for our teenage children. The main bathroom was spacious and we tended to all use this as the other shower was a little small. Perfect location and we would stay here again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this flat for seven or eight nights, which in itself demonstrates the quality of the accommodation as well as the whole process, from booking and communication with Jude to the completeness of the equipment and the thoroughness of the welcome, in addition of course to the ideal location in Chelsea and on the edge of South Kensington.

Beautiful flat in Chelsea!

My husband, daughter, and I felt so at home in this flat! The beds and showers were fantastic! The neighborhood was peaceful and a nice break from the city. The metro station is a 15-minute walk, but there are neighborhood buses that move quickly if you prefer not to walk. We’d love to visit again!

Wonderful!

This flat was lovely! Just as the description states, it is light, bright, & roomy. Perfect for the two of us (we got our own bathrooms!), as well as a family. A great location, easy to get around with two underground stations, each about a 15-20 minute walk away, as well as several bus stops. Many shops, restaurants, markets easily walkable, too. And Stamford Bridge Stadium, home of Chelsea FC! On the walk back from there, I discovered an old cemetery to wander around. Lots of people walking, riding bikes, etc. Evan ran into a beautiful fox! I definitely recommend this vrbo, & hope to stay here again some day!

Great Location

Very comfortable Flat with plenty of sleeping and grooming quarters. Close to shopping restaurants and transport, Bus and Underground. Good communication, overall a very nice place to stay, we enjoyed our stay very much. Finally, we were pleased to find a drip coffee maker.

Fabulous place to stay

This property was a wonderful choice for us -- roomy enough for 3 three people, quiet, very clean, with a homey feel. It was very conveniently located to shopping, cafes, bus stops, and markets. The owner and property manager were delightful to work with.
