Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £150 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
