Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zentral, sodass ich selten mit der Metro gefahren bin. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und erfüllt seinen Zweck für den Preis

Best location, staff were great. Still some construction going on but overall great place to stay. Facility pretty much brand new. I was provided with a thick quilt pillow and towel but if you need towels just ask front desk. Cleaners are there day and night. Again great location!! Only thing I recommend you take is a padlock, just for your own security while you are out and about.

The capsule hostel is newly renovated and in a premier location. If you like night life in SoHo and food in Chinatown, this one probably is the cheapest option. The capsule is only a single bed where you could sit in. Shared toilet and showers has nice music around. All the customers are respectful so you can have a quiet night to sleep. The sound-proof is much better than some budget hotels. Bad side might be the small room you have with a capsule bed and the locker on the capsule which always need 2 or 3 time try to lock it properly. It would be better if the shower and toilet are slightly bigger.

Stayed for a night and got there late and had to ring a member of staff to let me in and they were really helpful. The facility was great, modern, clean and safe. Would definitely stay again

The capsule concept is a big improvement on the standard hostel format. The capsules and facilities are new and kept very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First time traveling solo, overall good experience. Turn on the fan and the pod is relatively noise-proof at night. During the day there are workers doing renovation, but I was mostly out exploring so it did not bother me. Great location. I found myself going back for bathroom breaks whenever I was in the area. Two small complaints which can be easily fixed by the property manager: (1) my pod had some white dust from the bedding, which may be a problem if you are sensitive; (2) the door closing/locking is noisy even with the fan if your pod is nearby

I really enjoyed my stay. I was only there for one night but the pods were exactly what I was looking for - a good size, comfy and great price for the location! You can use a padlock to lock your pod while you are away, but if you forget to take one, you can buy one at reception. Each pod has a dimmable light, fan, mirror, USB ports, plug socket and 2 small hooks. Once the shutter is down, the pod is completely dark so no worries about light pollution from the corridor. The hotel was relatively quite apart from the odd person walking around through the night (the same as any other hotel). It hasn't long been open and is still being refurbished, so don't be put off that some bits aren't open / look like a building site. The areas that are open are clean, easily accessible and the staff were really helpful. There are plenty of toilets and showers which were nice and clean so you'll never have to wait to use the facilities.

I had the best long weekend staying here. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Don’t be put off by the work still going on, it was immaculate! There were cleaners in the bathroom every morning and evening-it was spotless! The location is perfect for sight seeing or going to the theatre, you are in the heart of Piccadilly. The tube is literally around the corner and there is a bus stop directly outside. I cannot fault this newly opened hostel. Bring a padlock for your pod (& hairdryer etc if you need one) but they do provide everything you need at reception. I will 100% be staying again!
