Avoid staying here !!!

It was terrible. I was treated to stay for my birthday, I wish I stayed home. The room was so hot. When we called someone for the A/C to be switched on we were told someone would have to come the following day as there was nobody around to deal with it. When he arrived we were told it was not possible, 3 floors are linked, it's a cheap system inplcae and if he put it on the other floors would only have A/C and no heat. The room had a lot of glass so we absolutely baked. There were no proper curtains - good luck sleeping. The blinds were broken, the sunlight was coming through and around the curtains. There is currently alot of Building works around there so you will be woken up with a bang (literally) from very early through the day, and if you try to open the blinds in the day the builders will have a lovely view in to your room. We were very disappointed in this stay. We have stayed At other gonative properties before and had such good experiences. Unfortunately this was just terrible.

Perfect location for a short business stay

Pretty much everything was great. My only concern was that the bathroom was very small and I burnt myself on the towel radiator as it's right next to the small gap though which you access the shower. Nothing serious but probably wants looking at.

Smart, efficient and comfortable studio

Very clean and efficient option for a 3 day London trip w meetings and conference. The studios are modern, clean and as an extra service there was both coffee, tea, milk in the fridge and nice bathroom products available, which these days seem a rare luxury. Its literally a 2 min walk from Aldrige tube station, a nice a quiet area. Only drawback was lack of a reception to check in by bag early, before meetings, but not a major hassle. All communication was by email and check in and key pad instructions were clear and understandable. Would recommend and would definitely stay another time.

The studio room was spacious, well equipped and clean but as mentioned before in earlier reviews the bathroom heat setting was ridiculous with no way to adjust and getting out of the shower without burning yourself on the towel rail was tough ! Plus the small two ring cooker didnt work properly. If they sorted these things it would be good value accommodation.

Idéalement situé, cet établissement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Accueil, propreté, équipements, espace... tout était réuni pour que nous passions un bon séjour. Malgré l’absence d’un accueil, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dans un autre établissement du groupe pour pouvoir profiter de Londres. Petit bémol pour le wifi capricieux qui n’a fonctionné que la moitié du temps. Nous reviendrons !

Great location and cosy

I stayed in Native for 9 nights. The room condition is good and clean. Aldgate & Tower Hill underground stations also can reach the hotel. But no luggage storage in here, which is a bit inconvenience to tourist. And cleaning service provided weekly.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight problem was that the hot water did not work one morning and neither did the WiFi. I emailed the staff ask for their help and maintenance team were sent promptly and issue was resolved within the day.

Ok stay

This hotel is situated centrally but in a quiet area. Unfortunately I was not sent the key code beforehand and had to ring the central number to get this sent to me. Whilst on the door step, I can only assume the manageress of the apartment block saw us- it was not a friendly welcome. She proceeded to ask my name and that was it then to double check if I actually did have a booking by looking in the safe (don’t think she realised I saw this) and then walked away. The room was nice however they should probably put more photos on of other apartments available as we didn’t get the one photographed and this was very different to the picture. The room was clean and quite spacious. The bed was firm but wasn’t uncomfortable. The air con is good. However in the morning at half 9 (half hour before our check out time) the manageress knocked on the door asking if we knew the check out time. When we replied, ‘10 o clock?’ She said ‘yes...’ and gave a funny look and walked off. I thought this to be very rude especially as we had half an hour left until the check out time. All in all the stay was nice however the manageress could have been more pleasant!

Best apartment in London

Lovely and modern apartment. I have stayed in a few apartments in London and this is definitely the best. Only gripe is that would have liked more toiletries as you dont see any staff and check out at 10 is annoying. Otherwise highly recommended!

You should mention , next to the building there are ongoing building work.( building a new massiv house ) They started every morning at 7am . You could not even open the window .

The property was 100% The check in was non-existent though, as we received no email with any key instructions, we had to call a number which had wrong prefix, then got code for front door then code for safe box with key fob in it. Other than that everything was very good, and in good location.

Don’t even bother booking any 1 bedroom apartments. When I tried to book a studio everything was taken but, I still decided to book a supposed “1 bedroom apartment”. To mine and my partners surprise when we arrived this was a studio apartment, the smallest studio apartment they probably had. When I tried to call these guys directly I was given some lie about how this studio flat was a “open floor apartment”. I mean, I think we can all tell the difference between a studio apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment correct? I’m trying to merely get the difference in price between these refunded back to me and everyone refuses to acknowledge that we’ve been scammed even though I’ve got pictures of this supposed 1 bedroom apartment that is clearly a studio. Such a shame, the place is great but don’t even bother booking their 1 bedroom apartment.

This place is great and location cannot be beaten . Checkin was not as convenient as we had to hold our bags at another native location 10 mins walk from this one. I also didn’t get any checkin information via email . If I hadn’t contacted them for checkin and bagging me holding I would have probably gone to this place directly only to realize that there is no one onsite to help with luggage storage. Other than that I wished I stayed at this place longer because I really liked this place over the clayton Hotel that I had booked with extended cancelation policy to have peace of mind incase my travel was canceled.
