Light touchHardinge Road is a home with flow. Step inside and – thanks to glass doors – you’ll see all the way to the back garden. On the left is the sitting room, where bookshelves flank an ornamental fireplace and a contemporary sofa sits in the nook of a bay window. At the back, patio doors open into the garden, which has a decked area with an outdoor dining table for six.

There are more patio doors in the kitchen (directly ahead of the entrance), as well as a dining table with wooden benches under a skylight, and artwork fashioned from antique bone-handled knives. Upstairs, both the master and double bedroom have clean lines, large windows and an ensuite bathroom. The shower room is tiled in a modern taupe, and further on are two more single bedrooms: one with a large crescent-moon nightlight, and the other with light wooden furnishings and a neutral palette.

Home Truths:

- While this home does not accept toddlers, babies and older children are very welcome. There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. There is no storage space available in the fourth bedroom, so we will set up a hanging rail for your stay. This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the trundle bed in the third bedroom has been removed.
