Welcome

This contemporary apartment features a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower room, hardwood floors, and retaining its original sliding sash windows, high ceilings, and fireplace.

Fully furnished with all the comforts you'll need during your stay. You'll find a comfortable sofa, a lovely armchair, and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen, next to the living room, is simple and fully equipped. Featuring a small breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals, you'll also find all you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The unit is equipped with a compact refrigerator, ideal for storing beverages and small food items. Please note that this fridge does not include a freezer compartment. ~

The bathroom has been completely renovated. Towels and free toiletries are prepared for your convenience.

For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Nice flat but broken shower

Our stay at this property was mixed. The location was excellent, and the space matched the photos. However, we experienced a significant issue with the shower—the cold water cartridge wasn't working for the first three days of our stay, resulting in one person getting burned as only scalding hot water came out. While the property addressed the problem, and we recognize this was probably a one-time thing, it was disappointing that no further effort was made to compensate or assist us for the inconvenience. Showering is pretty important to us and one of our group could not use the tub because of accessibility concerns. We had long days outdoors and traveling by train so a shower would have been really nice those days.Even just throwing in some extra towels and a single bath mat to use with the bathtub would have been nice and appreciated, but extra towels were 25 pounds each as part of a linen package so we didn't go for that.
Despite VRBO's guarantees about our stay, their complete lack of response and support was frustrating. We weren’t looking for a full refund by any means but absolutely 0 effort was made to try to make some of that the tiniest bit right.

DO NOT STAY HERE - VERY LOUD

This is anything but stunning as described. The front bedroom is over 2 bars that are very loud and close at maybe 2 or 3am. Across street live band every night at a dance club! No sleep. We left. The kitchen had no coffee machine. Overall dusty. Stairway and entrance filthy, 1 set of keys so all must leave at the same time and return as well. Shower has 1 temp - scalding. NO HEAT for 6 days. Handy man came on last night when we came back but no response from management until then. Claimed to fix shower but did not. 2 towels for a week? Extra charge for more? No laundry soap. Other bedroom mattress old with dip. Very uncomfortable. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Nice location and property, lots of stairs limited cooling

The check in/out process was easy and there was luggage storage nearby. The place was clean and nice. It has a lot of stairs and they're narrow so that can be a challenge for some. We were there during an unusually (for England) warm time and the A/C is just a stand alone unit (single) enough for 1 small bedroom and not properly installed. It is very noisy and didnt do a good job and certainly cant cover the entire unit. There were 2 fans, but one was defective. We contacted the property manager and they claimed there were 6 available fans in the place, that was not true. Anyway other than the poor ventilation (bathroom was a sauna) it was a nice place to stay and easy to access. If visiting during a warm people be careful, otherwise no concerns unless stairs are an issue.

Great location & comfortable beds

Stayed at this property with my husband and daughter for a couple nights. Check in was easy enough and manager was quick to respond to questions. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated having the ac units in the bedrooms. Only thing I would suggest is providing extra bath towels. Would recommend!

Great location

This property was in a great spot to get to all the highlights of the city, the tube and restaurants. It was al little warm so we had to have the windows open when there and there is a night club directly across the street, so this was very loud during the hours of 12-3am. The Flat it's self was wonderful though. **We were only given one set of keys, so this made it difficult for our 4some to go in different directions. I would recommend getting a second set of keys so it is more convenient for the travelers.

A nest near the West End

We were 3 adults staying in this property. We chose this property because of its location and because it had 2 bedrooms (as opposed to one bedroom + sofa bed). It was very well equipped, clean and as depicted. It was well managed, instructions were clear and communication with GuestReady was easy. (I recommend registering to their website once your booking is approved and using their online message system. It keeps track of everything and is easy to use.) It is 5 minutes away from many theatres, minutes away from Covent Garden and very close to the Elisabeth Line which is ideal for transfers to and from Heathrow. For long stays, having a full dinner at the flat is not ideal for more than 2 adults (no dinner table). But there are lots of restaurants nearby.

London vacay

This place was a perfect location for us and it was so nice to have two bedrooms. The kitchen and living room area was spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great! The only things that would have improved our stay would to have an AC unit in the living room area. It is advertised as having AC, but it is a portable unit,so only works in one room. Also, if we could’ve had an extra set of keys, that would’ve been more convenient for us. Overall, was a great place.

Excellent location / Everything we needed

The flat is in an excellent location. Easy walking to loads of West End highlights, even south bank. Just a few blocks from Holborn tube station, from there the whole city! Flat was clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Perhaps could use some updates, but really no complaints. Would definitely consider staying again.
