Welcome to our home!
This 50m2 flat is centrally located, enabling guests to enjoy everything the city has to offer!
This lovely 1-bedroom flat comes with an open floorplan and is tastefully decorated. The premise promises to provide a wonderful homely experience. The living area features a sofa and a work desk where you can relax or do your work after exploring the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a cooking plate, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, and other utilities for your usage.
The bedroom consists of a comfy double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. There's a small closet available.
The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within the local area including:
Tesco Express on Monck Street, 3 min walk and opens 7 days, 7am-11pm.
Sainsbury’s Local on Marsham St, 3 min walk and opens 7 days.
M&S on Victoria Street in Cardinal Place, 10 min walk. Bigger supermarket with more food choices.
There are plenty of local attractions within the local area including:
- Within 10 min walking distance: St James Park, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben.
- Within 20 min walking distance: Buckingham Palace, Green Park, Tate Britain.
- Theaters for Halmilton, Wicked.
There are plenty of places to eat and drink within the local area including:
For a quick bite there is Pret and Itsu just downstairs.
- More choices of restaurant and cafe on Victoria Street near the train station. About 15min walk.
- For fine dining, The Cinnamon Club is just across the street. Innovative Indian cuisine that sits in a former Victorian library.
Trains: Victoria Train Station is a 15-min walk.
Tubes: Both Westminster and St James’s Park are about 10 min walk.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00hr).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
