The Neighborhood:
Waterloo area is not famous only because of the big station. Just a few steps away, you can easily reach the Thames river, the London Bridge and the London Eye. By crossing the river, you can quickly reach the Westminster area, Big Ben and the parliament. The whole area around Waterloo is famous because of the street art grafitti, the National Theater and the Shakespeare's Globe. Within a 20 minutes walk you can also reach the Imperial War Museum and the Borough Market, which attracts visitors from all over the world for its fresh products and street food

Getting Around:
The flat is brilliantly located for transport connections. Waterloo station is located only a 3-4 minute walk away. Waterloo is a train station, and a bus station and is on 4 Underground Lines: Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, Waterloo & City.

∗Please be aware that the building will undergo repainting starting from the last week of January and is expected to last approximately three weeks.
∗Please note that there is scaffolding currently on the building. The company assured us that the noise would be kept to a minimum. The works will be held only on working days, and will finish on 7th of November.
∗We would like to inform you that the property's building is undergoing significant interior renovations. This process is expected to continue for the next six weeks. Please be advised that there may be audible noise during your stay, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
*Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device.
∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

Clean, comfortable & convenient

Very quiet flat in a convenient location near tube stops. Flat was clean and the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated being able to check in early after arriving in the morning. The only issues we had were (1) the master bath fan didn’t work (so it had no ventilation) and (2) we received incorrect WiFi information repeatedly (solved ourselves using info on the bottom of the router). Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, great location

This two bedroom, two bathroom was perfect for four adults (me, my husband and our 2 grown children). Well equipped, clean, great neighborhood. My only suggestion was for the property management company... I wanted them to meet my daugher (29, not a kid) instead of me to check in. They were unwilling to communicate with her - I had to forward everything myself. Then they were only going to give her ONE KEY for FOUR PEOPLE. Unacceptable. The person who met here there, had no authority - thankfully my daughter was unwilling to take no for an answer and this person called her boss and they got us a second key. The company also said there was one towel per person - if we found extras and used them we would be charged - those weren't for us. How cheap is that??? Overall, I would still recommend this apartment, but the property mananger could be more helpful.

Good location, couple small things

The property was clean and in a great location for getting around London. Communication was clear before and even accommodated an early bag drop. Some minor things: shower in the master had leaks in the tubing of the shower head, portable fan in the master made a loud whirring sound, but overall, we were happy with choosing this location.

Comfortable stay

This cozy property is situated in a quiet location 5 minutes walk from Waterloo Station. We chose it because our son is moving to KCL's residence, which is a street away, and the proximity helps us get him settled in. The apartment is as described in the listing. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. There are a couple of pubs near by and Sainsbury and Tesco are only 5 minutes away. We did not have time for sight-seeing, but London Eye should just be a short walk from us. All in all, the Altido team has managed the property well and quick in responses, and we look forward to stay in their properties in the future.

Nice flat in a good location

The flat was as described in the listing. Overall cleanliness was good and everything I needed for my stay (linens, kitchen utensils, etc.) was available. Communication with the host was great and very responsive. Location had easy access to Waterloo Station and central to many sites. Would stay again if/when back in London

Quaint, quiet flat in a great London location

I stayed at this flat for a long weekend with my wife and her mother and couldn't have been happier with this place! We weren't expecting to spend too much time in the flat as we'd be out sight-seeing around town, but it gave us a great location where we could easily walk to the Waterloo tube station. It was there near the London Eye where we picked up the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus to get a riding tour of the city. Everything that we wanted to do was easily accessible from this location. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the flat is tucked away quietly away from the buzz. We ended each night with a pint in one of two local pubs about a hundred yards from the flat, then retreated to bed for a peaceful night's sleep. Upon booking the reservation, the owner communicated everything that we needed via email, and arranged to have a car service pick us up at Heathrow as well as returning to the airport for our departure. I definitely plan to return to London in the future and will try to stay here if possible.
