Welcome to this one-of-a-kind two-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, charm and function across three levels. With approximately 737 sq ft (68 sq m) of internal space, it’s ideal for up to four guests looking for a stylish London stay.

The property comprises:
- A bright, open-plan reception room with double-height ceilings, French doors leading to a private balcony, and contemporary decor balanced by rustic exposed beams.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all essential utensils for a home-cooked meal.

Please note that the property is not step-free, and there is a staircase to the first floor and mezzanine. The entrance is through a shared cobbled courtyard which may be uneven in places. The staircase to the mezzanine is steep and not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Consumables Provided:
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, tea, coffee, etc.) is provided to last 1–2 days. Guests staying longer should plan for additional supplies.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, mezzanine and private balcony.
Please note there may be a locked cupboard or wardrobe containing the host’s personal items, which will not be accessible.

- There is no TV provided, but free WiFi is available throughout.
- Parking: Metered parking is available on-street; NCP Whitechapel charges from £6.95/hr.
- Bedroom 2 is compact with a double bed – perfect for guests comfortable in a cosy setting.
- Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
- A £30 charge applies for unauthorised early check-in or late check-out.
- No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.
- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule.
- Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys.
- Lock-out Charge: Please take the keys with you when leaving the property or leave them where you have collected them from. A £50 charge will be applied for lock-out, and service is restricted outside working hours.
- No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken.
- Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Indoor Shoes/Slippers: To keep the property clean, we kindly ask guests to wear indoor shoes or slippers indoors.
- Heating: Please turn the thermostat down to 19 degrees when leaving the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
