Self check-in starting from 3 :00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Super-fast Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) for working from home or streaming your favorite shows.

Property Details:
This 75-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with queen size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

These stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets Allowed (fees apply)
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be £90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Ha sido una mala experiencia.Tanto VRB como la empresa que gestiono el apartamento eludieron en todo momento su responsabilidad.Muchas carencias:1. Muy poca presión de agua en duchas y cocina.2. Muy poca limpieza: todos los cristales sucios y apareció una cucaracha en la cocina el cuarto dia.3. Las sartenes y demas elementos de cocina estaban destrozados.4. Algunos elementos eléctricos del apartamento no funcionaban como los secadores de toallas de los baños.5. Muy mal aislado acusticamente se oye todo de los apartamentos colindantes, como los pasos y a la gente hablando especialmente de noche lo que hace difícil conciliar el sueño.En general es un apartamento de muy baja calidad que cobran a precio de apartamento de lujo.Y nadie, como digo, ni VRB ni la empresa que lo gestiona se responsabilizan de nada. Ya has pagado y ahora te aguantas.NO SE LO RECOMIENDO a nadie.

L'appartement est sans défaut. Nous étions 2, ma fille de 22 ans et moi. Chacun sa chambre et son cabinet de toilettes. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous avions choisi un appartement pour pouvoir manger à la maison quand nous le souhaitions; Acheter de la nourriture est très facile, grâce à un M&S proche, Pour le séjour, proximité du British Museum, du quartier St Gilles et ses boutiques. Tout était facile,à pied ou en Uber : Tamise et ses croisières , Burrough Market et ses restaurantsNous sommes restés 4 nuits et 5 jours. Nous avons au retour laissé nos valises à la garde d'une enseigne au-dessus d'une gare pour nous rendre directement à Heathrow.Tous les anglais rencontrés étaient charmants et attentifs, prévenants à ma difficulté de déplacement.A ce dernier propos, ma fille a trouvé lointain et peu sûr le lieu où elle a dû récupérer les clés et les reporter.Dernier point de détail : les jeunes enfants des personnes habitant au dessus se pensaient dans une aire de jeu en revenant de leur sortie. Mais ce n'était pas la nuit et nous avons renoncé à leur faire la remarqueEn résumé, le séjour de 5 jours à Londres était excellent

Fitzrovia is a wonderful area, but the street we were on although it seemed quiet. It was very noisy every night. The keys are picked up at the convenience store that is nowhere near the property. The apartment can potentially be up several flights of steep stairs, which was not disclosed. Wi-Fi never worked entry and Carpet along stairs was filthy. Apartment overall was rundown. Bedding was terrible.

The flat was clean and modern. Quick communication with owner in popular neighborhood with plenty of pubs/restaurants. We loved the stay even though it was during a heat wave with no air conditioning (we did have a few fans). Just waiting for our deposit back and it would be a 5 star stay.

Excellent location, very clean place

This flat was perfect for our family - each kid got their own room which was very helpful for jetlag snoozing purpose! Mom and dad slept in the living room, it was very comfortable. The location is amazing.

Do not recommend

The property itself is spacious and within walking distance to SoHo. However, there are 2 issues I need to mention: One the check-in process is not easy. You need to walk around 7 blocks to retrieve the key (and drop it off at the same place after checkout).Second, I keep asking the host when my security deposit will be returned back to my card and he just does not get back to me. During the stay he would reply within an appropriate timeframe but I’ve asked several times about it now and no answer. I do not recommend this property.

London Stay

Check-in/check-out was easy. The location in SOHO was great with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the Underground. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 adults. The washer was great too since we didn't pack much. Host was quick to touch base to prepare us for the trip and quick to respond when we were unsure how an appliance worked. This was VERY much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Quite nice

The flat we had included a 3rd bed in the living area (as well as the pull out sofa we were expecting). Close to the Underground, restaurants, and (small) grocery stores. Doesn't have air conditioning, but that seems common. Only demerits are a bathtub that could really use a mat (the lip is very high) and the lack of a hair dryer. We would recommend it!

Great location!

The unit was great for our stay in London. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and feel at home. The two walking minutes from an underground station made it the perfect launchpad to everywhere in the city.

Location was great!

The flat was great for what we needed during our stay in London. Location was fairly central, but not heavily touristy. Easy for us to get to the places we wanted to go via walking or tube. The noise on the street at night took a little getting used to especially since we had our windows open while we slept. We would stay again!

Great apartment in a great location

This apartment was in a wonderful location. It was incredibly close to the Goodge Street tube station and lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and we had a wonderful stay.

London stay

We booked two apartments in the same building with Paul from vrbo and we were extremely happy with our choices! The apartments looked exactly like the pictures and the location was perfect! Paul's team was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was very difficult to find two apartments in the same building for our group especially in the Soho/Fitrovia area so we felt like this was a rare find and we were not disappointed! The only issue we had was the front door to the building sticks but Paul sent us a video of how to use the key so once we figured that out, we were good to go! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Worst VRBO we have ever booked

Nothing in the description is accurate about this property. There was no wifi, beds were old and sorta falling apart. Closet doors couldn't open, shower in 2nd bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. Neighborhood didn't have many restaurants, kitchen wasn't stocked-- only 4 glasses. I would just pass on this flat. There are so many better places to stay. I contacted the host and other than providing instructions how to reboot the wifi they did absolutely nothing. I'm still try to get the out of pocket costs we incurred for using Verizon rather than the wifi that was advertised refunded. The host is ghosting us.
