Architect-designed family home, central Crouch End

Our architect-designed family home sleeps 4 (+2 on futon) in 3 lovely bedrooms. We're located in trendy, stylish Crouch End, a few minutes walk from great shops, cafes, cinemas and outdoor pool, and 30mins from central London.

The space
We built our home ourselves a few years ago and really love it. It is built in around a courtyard so it's very light and airy, especially in the summer when you can open up all the glass doors onto the courtyard.

The courtyard is perfect place for sitting out and soaking up the sunshine. Everything in the house is brand-new except our furniture which is a mix of retro and contemporary.

On the ground floor, each room has a wall of glass looking out onto the courtyard.

There is:
- master bedroom with en-suite wet room, with toilet, sink and shower
- large open plan living room / dining room / fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave
- study with two office desks and chairs

Downstairs there are:
- 2 bedrooms - one with a cabin bed and one with a single bed. The bedrooms both open out onto a little courtyard. We also have a double futon that could go into one of the downstairs bedrooms. We'll clear all desk and chest of drawers' surfaces before the house is rented out and will make space in the cupboards so you've got all the space you need to feel at home.

There's loads of space (all the bedrooms have built-in cupboards) and storage room.

We have good wifi throughout the house, and a great light study with two desks and loads of books.

The house is kid friendly. There are loads of games and books.
