"stunningly clean - everything looked brand new, especially the bathroom. very friendly and nice reception lady :) despite the obvious renovation the building is older so prepare for a bit of internal noise - water / shower systems in other rooms can be heard, fridge was loud etc - if you're a light sleeper take some earplugs. motel is conveniently located next to shops and businesses which DOES mean there are people around - we did get woken up to the sound of someone trying all of the car...

"The hotel was charming and offered lots of amenities. It is right in the heart of Solvang and everything was within an easy walk of the hotel. The bed was comfortable.
