"The attendant at the front desk did not tell us the name of the WiFi. When I logged in to IHG, the signal was weak. My traveling companion was unable to use any network. The phone was not answered when we tried to call. No one was at the front desk later. No signage “will return” or “helping another customer.” Lame."

"The property was fine up to usual brand standard---PROBLEM IS THEY REQUIRED A $200 CASH DEPOSIT. I PAID IT, ON CHECKING OUT 27TH MAY, STAFF CHECKED MY ROOM, ALL GOOD, AND THAT MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED ON MY CREDIT CARD. AS OF TODAY, JNE 16 NO REFUND. "The room was spacious and well-appointed. It was a short level walk to our room - the Kokopelli. Brenda welcomed us personally at check-in and provided delicious balanced breakfasts both mornings."

"The staff is top notch! Very courteous and friendly. I ordered dinner through GrubHub and the front desk called me as soon as it was delivered. I've stayed at this property twice in the last month(I have a student at CMU) and it just might be my go to hotel. Very reasonable priced. My only criticism would be the breakfast, the food was only lukewarm on borh of my visits."

"There's a lot of parking, even for big trucks. The breakfast is very poor, just microwave muffins, bread, coffee and juice. My room lacked of towels and toilet paper. They didn't even bother to check and clean the fridge, there was a drink from the previous tenant. "

"A refurbished Motel 6, but this has been done well and the room inside feels modern and has everything you need. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked fine. Full sized fridge in the room. Helpful front desk staff. Only complaint was some noise overnight (probably from the long term residents), but apart from that, the motel is in a quiet area, with lots of food options within walking distance."
