Weil der Zug bei unserer Ankunft Verspätung hatte, kamen wir später im Hotel an, als geplant. Wir haben darüber auch beim einchecken mit dem freundlichen Herrn hinter der Theke darüber gesprochen. Staff brilliantly secured check-in in spite of in-house (temporary) IT issues. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Special thanks to 'virtual check-in man' on check-in. Special thanks also to 'cleaner lady' on check-out for effective communication skills. It was the best of city centre living.
