The house is located in Riofrío, a town belonging to the Granada municipality of Loja, and has two floors in which three bedrooms and two bathrooms are distributed.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bathroom with shower en suite and the possibility of adding an extra bed for another person, another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with four beds individual. This floor is completed with a second bathroom with bathtub.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and dining area and a separate toilet.

From the living room you can access the pool area which also has a covered area to have lunch outdoors.
