"I would most definitely not recommend this place. The area is very noisy, the interior of the house is old, not clean, not maintained and smelly. There is a hole in the door, the handle falls off, the bed falls apart, the shower is good because it has warm water but not clean. The bar that holds the shower head falls off when you shower, the house is cold but has heaters. The kitchen is lacking in plates, deep plates etc. There is no hand soap in the bathroom and I could go on and on. The car...

Man sollte sich die ausgehängte Mobilnummer notieren, da die Festnetznummer nicht funktioniert (hat). Preis- Leistungstechnisch aber top. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man fußläufig schnell im Zentrum. Das Zimmer ist funktional. Bei uns war das Boxspringbett leider auf einer Seite...

"We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at this family owned property. The location provides easy access to local attractions and is close to the Autobahn. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty selection of breads and various deli-type accompaniments. The staff were friendly and attentive. Grüner Sand met all of our expectations and we intend to stay there again during our next visit to Germany."
