"Loved our stay! Charming, unique and inviting place in a wonderful location within walking distance to the main sites and off-the-beaten-path gems! "super friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. Great location within 10 min walk of Khoasan Road but nice and tucked away for privacy. Breakfast included!"

"Our host went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were served amazing made-to-order breakfasts every morning. The historic room was beautiful with wood-paneled walls, cooled down quickly, and had great water pressure! "

"Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful."

"The premise is located in the very local area, and you can enjoy good atmosphere. There are many local restaurants around. Some staff members don’t speak English, but all are really nice and kind. You are advised to take off your shoes in the hotel. The room is clean and the shower is good, but the drain was slow. I like this hotel and recommend it to everyone."

"Wonderful family owned property - the rooms are super clean and spacious, and the beds are super comfortable and firm. Owner and staff are so nice and friendly. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance including the best mango sticky rice (k panich), and a cute coffee shop right downstairs. I love that they provide filtered water in reusable glass bottles to reduce plastics waste - especially after seeing all the plastic water bottles in the Chao Phraya river. They are doing a...
