Hermosa casa ejecutiva con impresionantes vistas de cada ventana. Doce kilómetros del aeropuerto ya sólo 10 minutos de St. John.

Este establecimiento de lujo se encuentra en el borde del océano, lanzó en una colina en una gran pradera privada. Rodeado de 7 acres y vistas panorámicas al océano. Situado en el corazón de la unidad escénica 'Killick Costa' se puede observar a las ballenas y los icebergs pasan sólo interrumpido por un flujo constante de aves marinas migratorias. A poca distancia de la playa de la ensenada de Oriente, donde el rollo 'Caplin' primero de cada año con las ballenas en el remolque. También un destino común para las hogueras en la playa durante la noche. Las rutas de senderismo de la 'Ruta de la Costa Este y de las pintorescas rutas en bicicleta son en su puerta. Además, las rutas de conducción escénicas y todo lo que San Juan tiene para ofrecer son sólo una corta distancia.

Multigenerational family of 8 adults. Stunning location on ocean's edge. Seamless check in and checkout process. Spotless and quiet. Would return to this property in a heartbeat. Due to time constraints could not avail of all perks such as sauna or fire pit but hope to do so on a return trip in the future.

Our three adult daughters, significant others , two granddaughters, and ourselves attended a family wedding in St. John’s. Our daughters had all travelled from western Canada and it was a real reunion for us! With such a large number and lots of differences among us, I was a bit anxious about enough space! The property proved to be perfect, and when my daughter’s in-laws decided to join for babysitting, the loft became their retreat! The house was fully equipped with everything needed, we bbqed a couple of times and prepared our breakfast every morning. There was ample space , both inside and outside, for everyone to find a quiet place when needed! We enjoyed the fire pit as well. The weather cooperated and we visited Middle Cove beach a couple of times. The distance to St. John’s was very manageable. The host was very responsive and provided everything we needed! Thank you! All in all, it became a wonderful staycation for my husband and I , and this property made it possible!!

A wonderful location near Middle Cove Beach with easy access to St. Johns. We loved the beautiful view over the bay and boil-ups at the beach. A lovely property with lots of space - green space outside and games room inside made for a fun family stay!

Book it- you won’t regret it. I looked long and hard to find a rental that would meet the accessibility needs of my aunt who needed a bedroom and attached bathroom on the main floor- along with four other adults. This fit our needs really well (one small step into the house and then everything else on the main floor). Even the beach down the road had a section that was wheelchair and walker accessible. We loved it and would absolutely come back! Thank you to the Duffy’s for sharing your heavenly home.

The house was perfect in every way. The ocean front view is priceless. The kids had so much fun making smores at the new fire pit. The new game room was enjoyed by all. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This truly is an amazing home….comfortable, clean, very homely. Lots of space, we were 7 but certainly not crowded. Beautifully furnished throughout. The views were amazing. We had a mixed bag re weather, but everyday was beautiful. We managed to walk to the beach and do one of the trails. Had a great evening at the fire pit . St John’s and the environs had much to offer, great restaurants. A great first trip to Newfoundland….memories made. We will be back. Thanks to ‘The Duffy family ‘ for making the process very easy…

This was an amazing house to gather with my extended family. The views are amazing!,, the house was extremely clear and well stocked with utensils ,dishes, linens and towels. OMG! This was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house, the property and the views are all stunning! This was our home away from home for 5 nights for us, our adult kids and spouses and 2 grandkids. There was more than enough room and we wanted for nothing. We spotted whales in the bay directly across from the house our very first morning and several times thereafter. This was a vacation and location that won't be forgotten. Our family’s journey from Southern California to this 5-star Middle Cove vacation rental exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking ocean view, complete with visible whales from the balcony, captivated us instantly. The home was impeccably furnished and well-stocked, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The in-house sauna was a treat, used daily for added relaxation. The owners were responsive and welcoming, ensuring our needs were always met. Evenings were spent creating memories around the campfire and joining locals at Middle Cove Beach to catch Caplin fish—a unique and enjoyable experience. In short, this was the best family vacation we’ve ever taken, with a perfect blend of luxury and adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful rental in Newfoundland.

This rental home is perfect. The house is both spacious and cozy, extremely clean, and well appointed with comfortable beds, a great kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and even a sauna. The view is spectacular. The location is convenient for walks along ocean headlands and evenings at St John’s pubs. My family had to drag me away.

Clean and comfortable modern home. Beautiful setting by the ocean but fyi, the area can be quite windy. The Property Manager was easy to communicate with and was very responsive when we had a few issues. There were problems with the internet and the functioning of the indoor gas fireplace when we arrived. So my only suggestion is that the functioning of everything in the home be checked before each booking. We stayed for 10 days and everything was resolved promptly and professionally in the first couple of days. This is a very nice well kept home in a beautiful unique setting. If you have a rental car, it is really not far from the city if St. John’s and lots of conveniences. We would definitely stay here. again.
