"The pictures don't do the house justice. This place felt more like a home than most rentals. Home is well equipped, comfortable, labels everywhere so you know how things work, and the security at the entrance was amazing! Lisa is a fantastic and I hope to stay here again!"

"Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay."

"This house is so cute! And right on the water! We’re so glad we brought binoculars because we could see the whales from the window, which really got us excited for our whale watch. House had all the amenities, and heaters for when it’s chilly. If you plan on going down to the water, you better be ready for a glute workout because there are over 100 stairs to the beach. There are two parking spaces, but if you have an SUV, you will need to take both spaces on diagonal. My only complaint is that...

"Truly a magical place by the sea. Excellent hosts with all the accommodations for a home-away-from-home stay. The proximity to the beach and the ocean views are everything we had hoped for. My husband, in particular, enjoyed watching the plentiful hummingbirds. He even got online and purchased the same birdfeeder hoping for the same experience at home! The unit is well stocked. "This was the perfect place for us to stay to celebrate my birthday. Our family loves coming to Seascape and this rental had a gorgeous view of the ocean and all of the trees shading the path down to the beach. We were close to the pool/ spa and the trail going down to the beach which was so convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We hope to stay here again soon. "

"The condo was very comfortable and clean. The location was right on the beach! It was a BFFs girls trip and we all enjoyed the condo and beach. We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and cooking special dinners and breakfasts. "

"This was our second time booking this place and we wiĺl definitely book again in the future. Nice relaxing week in this beautiful home. After a long day at the beach or shopping downtown Santa Cruz or even after the Boardwalk this place was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. The hot tub on the deck was perfect. "
