"I honestly was surprised to walk in and smell the cleanliness right away. It’s an old hotel but they have remodel enough to make it comfortable to stay. This is very small hotel with limited amenities, but the necessary shall say. Only thing would say they need and ice machine, but I could be wrong and they may have one and did not see, didn’t ask either. "Room 323 has A LOT of caulking issues around the bathroom. My room seemed clean until I found food & ketchup packets in the chair to the desk so I had to use my laptop in bed because I didn't want to attempt the couch with stains. The hightop chairs in the breakfast area are peeling to sit and eat breakfast. The property could use updates and maintenance for sure!"

"We weren’t planning on a stay in Jasper but a bad storm forced us off the highway. Was delighted with property from friendly welcoming front desk to a clean room with great beds and good linens. It was quiet, AC worked perfectly and the breakfast buffet was good. Completely satisfied!"

However, our room was not cleaned the entire stay (had to request service)...mindful of the property's policy of housekeeping service every other day - yet it never happened across 4days. "We stay at comfort inn often..at this location a couple times already this year and this is the first time(hopefully only) time we stayed on 3rd floor....and they even put us at the end of the hall..probably have the option to request a lower level in the app or somewhere.. but going though an different site to book rather than the official Inn website we could lose a chance at staying at the Comfort Inn altogether w the cheaper rate..since theres only so many available.
