"Das Angebot des Frühstücks hat sehr nachgelassen. Anstelle von Rührei bietet man den Gästen heute eine Art Eieromelette an. Ich bevorzuge aber ein Rührei zum Frühstück; auf meine Frage ob ich ein Rührei erhalte, bekam ich die kurze und knappe Antwort "nein". Das war schon etwas enttäuschend. Schade! ..."
