"I booked this well in advance and paid in full.
On the day of, our flight was cancelled due to the weather.
I called the number listed on Expedia for the property immediately and let the lady know that our flight was canceled however we would be driving up and would make use of the remainder of the stay from the following day.
She yelled at me that this number was for emergencies only. (This is the only number listed on Expedia for the property)
She then agreed to us arriving the next day and...

"Basic accommodations. Great location, convenient. Easy check in/out. Room wasn’t totally clean-fridge had someone else’s things in it, floor sticky, towels are thin and rough, VERY strong air freshener. Will likely look for something else next time I visit."

"Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient.
