No Stairs inside or out, entire property is lake level! Situated on the East shore of Seneca Lake you will discover our beautiful level lakefront home built in 2021. Minutes from award winning wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and located midpoint between the city of Geneva and the bustling town of Watkins Glen.
The home is literally feet away from relaxing on the dock or dipping your toes in the clear water of Seneca Lake!
Relax with your morning coffee ,evening cocktail , or your favorite meal on the perfectly set up covered porch overlooking the lake. See the breathtaking Seneca Lake Sunsets in the evening. Walk a few steps to your private dock to soak up the sun, take a swim, fish, or just enjoy the view. Included in your rental enjoy ready to use kayaks, paddle board, and a paddle boat. At night sit around the fire pit on the beach and tell your tale of the day! This is a lake level property with no stairs inside or out.
Once inside the home you will enter the open living space. The gorgeous kitchen with leathered granite counter top and breakfast bar, quality stainless steel appliances, and custom black walnut cabinetry will make preparing meals and entertaining a dream. Don’t feel like cooking? see below for contact information for a private chef experience.
The great room has floor to ceiling windows with leather sofas in front of a custom built stone gas fireplace, a perfect spot for relaxing. The dining area features a spacious dining table to seat your entire group.
The home has 4 bedrooms, two of which are en suites , for added privacy, 3 full baths, and a full laundry room. Our home will comfortably accommodate your group of 8 adults and two children or combination of 10. We have four bedrooms all with queen beds and two single rollaway beds.
The home features central air, central heat, and a commercial grade I-Wave air purification system.
We are located just steps from Lodi State Park and Marina, which has beautiful playgrounds , walking trails, and a public boat launch . The property is perfect for your family vacation ,wine tour getaway, or Holiday.
You won't be disappointed with your stay and will create many lasting memories at Mott's Lakefront Landing!

Great Lakefront home

We had a wonderful stay at this Seneca Lake property. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces and water toys. The few were super comfortable and everyone had plenty of space to spread out.

Quiet and relaxing

We had 5 adults in our family group. The house is on a quiet lane and has a beautiful view of the lake. Outdoor seating was plentiful. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of closet and drawer space. The large dining table accommodated our group nicely and even had ample space to do puzzles. The kitchen could use some better utensils - only one small spatula, and the other utensils were not of the quality I’d expect in such a beautiful kitchen. But there were plenty of dishes, glasses, and serving plates.

50th Anniversary Celebration with children & grandchildren

We wanted a house on the lake that could comfortably accommodate us, our son & daughter, & their families. The main living area and kitchen was great for all 8 adults & our youngest 16 month granddaughter. The State Park nearby was a plus. We spent most of our time in the water, and on the dock in the evenings. This beautiful home was in perfect condition and had all the necessary comforts. An unforgettable stay!!

What a beautiful property, perfect for a wonderful time on Seneca Lake! This house is new, all one level, with plenty of room and amenities to support a lovely stay. Awesome stay!

This place is just great. Our group of 7 had plenty of room as the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It’s right on the lake so the view is spectacular. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and communication was prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Lakeside family vacation

Wow! Location on the lake and access to the lake and the State Park was awesome. Bedroom & bathroom situation worked out fine for the grandparents and two families. Neighbors were terrific and the neighbor hood dogs kept the grandchildren amused.

Great home for a group!

We had a great time visiting this house! There were eight of us coming for a long weekend in wine country and it was the perfect size for our group. The location was perfect-right on the water with a great dock to enjoy some time on the water. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Amazing location, great property, very responsive host

The house is lovely but the location is amazing! Cindy's house is situated in a prime spot on beautiful Seneca Lake, a short walk from a park with a beach and playground for the kids, and a short drive from many wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Also convenient to Watkins Glen and Ithaca. The house is well equipped with paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy. Watch the gorgeous sunsets over Seneca Lake from the private dock or the covered patio area. Cindy always responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions. We loved our stay!

3 Generation Vacation!

We had a great vacation at this home on the lake. Cindy was very helpful with information and assistance during our stay. The house was very roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The road is very quiet. Almost every day we used the state park for a walk, the playground, or a picnic. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the front porch or dock. There are so many vineyards to choose from within a short drive. We'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stay!!!

Cindy’s property was very accommodating for our two families. The place was spotless, plenty of linens and towels(beach towels too) toiletries. The kitchen was lacking cookie sheets, blender, crockpot and every day slices. The convenient-close lake access was delightful, no steps!!!!!

Perfect Vacation
