"Stayed for an extended weekend for a concert. Great location & easy to get out of the parking lot and turn left or right on to 29 with a red light. Lots of places to eat and shop within minutes. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was good, especially the cheese omlet heated up in the microwave I didn't think it was going 2 taste that good at all, but I was delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area!"

"The hotel is nice, the location is good. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We did have one staff memeber at the desk who was just rude. She was dismissive , and was not happy about having her private phone calls interrupted. Aside from that it is a good place to stay. "

"It was very busy the night we stayed and I was worried it would be a rowdy stay with all the concert go'ers. Turns out it was perfect for the 1 night we stayed for the Chris Stapelton concert. It meet all our needs. Quiet, comfortable, conveniently close to the venue and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel is a little dated but its clean and comfortable. "Breakfast Buffet was good, hot and reasonably priced. Staff was very accommodating. The tall black night manager is an excellent person. He was very helpful and informative. Made us feel like valued customers. The pool was good, and I was glad to see it got closed at intervals for necessary maintenance to ensure we had clean, bacteria free water to swim in. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying there again! "

"I have stayed in several different hotels in the Charlottesville area, on my visits there over the past 3 years. This was my first stay at Clarion Pointe. I was pleasantly impressed with the whole experience. It had everything that other more expensive hotels offer, but the Clarion offered a very attractive price.
