"The suite was located on a quiet street but close to a main street so it was easy getting around. It was sparsely furnished and could have used extra bath towels, face clothes, and blankets. "House was perfect for our needs. It was clean with an easy check in and leave process. Negative was the condition of the alley to get to the parking spot. The house could use mixing bowls, pizza cutter more dish wear, hair dryer. We had a great time and would completely book again. "

"The apartment was ok nothing to write home about. There were only 3 chair at the dining room table. No bowls or teaspoons in the cupboards, very little dishes. No curtains on the bedroom windows and broken blinds. The neighborhood was a little undesirable. There’s a liquor store on the corner two doors down that was a gathering point for people late into the night. "

"Second visit to this unit; it is in a hi rise building just off portage Ave across from Canada Life Cente. Most things went smoothly, The fob did not work for the gym and we were not allowed access with conflicting explanations by the owner and security. Also time to invest in decent kitchen table and chairs if the right night We were like kids sitting real low at the table - two years ago there were four half usable chairs,_come on, do better. "We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Some friends and I stayed here while visiting Winnipeg for spring break. We had no issues with the property or property owners. Communication was prompt and we felt safe and welcomed.
