"The property is spacious, clean and warm. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and easy to use with plenty of hot water. The open plan kitchen and dining room are well equipped and an excellent meeting hub. Located near the ferry, fuel and shop this is well located for a North Uist holiday. "

Facilities seem complete, with nothing else needed for our stay and the cottage was spotless and warm when we arrived.The entire region is visually stunning. "This house is in a great position with wonderful views. It is very spacious and has everything you need. It was spotless and has good drying facilities for those wet days that can happen! Great for beach walks and bird watching from the house. We would like to return."

"A beautiful property in a stunning location. Perfectly sized for my family of 5. Would have loved to have been able to stay longer. A huge selection of activities and equipment available to try at the property and communication with the owner was terrific. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks, whilst the rest of the country had a heat wave, we had a couple of nice days and the rest was misty and windy. However, the house exceeded our expectations being warm, comfortable and had everything you could need - really high quality furnishings etc. Fantastic views from the house and the patio area and walks from the doorstep. "Beautiful cottage. Very comfortable and cosy with gorgeous artwork by one of the owners. Surrounded by wildlife. Pond in the garden with waterlilies and a gate down to the lochan. Everything was spotless and felt new."

"The cottage was perfect....clean, cosy, excellent information in the cottage eg lights labelled, instructions for all appliances etc. Felted artwork beautiful. Yoh can see and feel the care and attention that has been put into making it a lovely place to stay.Good location for exploring outer islands ie close to ferry ports. "

"Joan's house is very spacious, well equipped, and perfectly located within 10 mins walk from the local shops (provisions, crafts and tweed) and the local restaurant, deli, ButtyBus, harbour and lochs. Thee ideal base location from which to explore by vehicle, bike, or on foot. Slept like logs, all of us. Fab kitchen for eating and socialising with friends, with really good decking out back and village and loch views to the front. Gorgeous sunsets, depending on the weather. Stay, relax,...

"This is a beautiful bungalow, well equipped and perfectly located for visiting Benbecula and the Uists. Our host was extremely helpful and always very quick to respond. We had a ferry cancellation and he offered us an extra night as he had no other guests expected which was extremely kind. He also gave us lots of tips for places to visit and where to eat.The home is spacious and close to a supermarket, baker, butcher and a couple of places to eat.
