Brilliant staff hotel and restaurant clean room a little drafty in the night would benefit from smart tv, food in restaurant is beautiful

9,4/10 Magnífic! (2.098 opinions)
Comfortable bed.
Weird configuration having the sink in the bedroom instead of the WC.
Checking in is unnecessarily stressful. Guests form a scrum around an island which is positioned awkwardly in front of the entry to the bar and where the automated check-in system fails. No one can be sure who is next in line, members of do their best in the chaos.
Can I suggest they ditch the stupid island and put a counter against the wall, staff on one side with guests forming an orderly queue on the other. I’ve seen this work quite well in some other hotels!
