"Great location , newly remodeled and quite cozy. Very clean and had all the little things you need to be comfy. Safe neighborhood a giant tv andvery comfortablemattresses ! Even a crib fora baby which thankfully we did notneed. Owners were great and kept to themselves. Highly recommend! Sheila"

"Good view, unit as described, with the following challenges: bathroom sink did not drain well (this was also noted in a review from 2023), sliding door to patio was hard to close (also noted previously). I lost fob to one set of keys while running (it was very worn down so that I could not see numbers for management), label to keys also ready to fall off of ring. That was very frustrating, especially since I was told I owe additional money to replace. Fobs/Key rings should be inspected...

"When we first arrived we thought we were getting the whole house based on the exterior photo of the listing, but then looking at the listing again we realized it was a basement apartment. It was fine though and served our basic needs during our stay in Colorado. "

"The Neon Cowboy is a fabulous place to stay! So much room, (we had 15 people) plenty of comfortable beds and best of all…THE NEON! It is an older house in an older neighborhood, & while it’s not much to behold on the outside, don’t let appearances fool you. The owner has gone out of their way to make this a fun and entertaining home. There are neon touches and “selfie walls” everywhere and very tastefully done. We loved it. "Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Got a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. Used the grill for most of our cooking while enjoying a movie outside eating s’mores and popcorn. Will definitely be back to stay here again. "

"What a great property! Location could not have been better for my stay--and comms with the host were excellent. Everything was ready and just as advertised--I had everything I needed!! I'm in town once a year to see a series of baseball games--as soon as the 2026 MLB schedule is out, I'll reserve this place again! Highly recommend!!"

"Pictures don't do it justice! Large space, everything you need, great location. Quite area. Had small issues come up during stay. All were addressed immediately! We will return when going back to the area. Highly recommend staying with this property owner."

"My team was in Denver for about a month to install two sculptures in the Denver Airport. The home was perfect for us as it's close to the airport and had plenty of space. Its much easier to be away for longer stretches when you're able to settle in and not live out of a hotel. "

"Very nice B&D (Dessert). We stayed two nights and the owner delivered fresh baked desserts each day while we were out exploring Homer. The unit was very clean and the small kitchen had everything we needed. Sandhill cranes landing on the backyard was a daily event for us. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the hill but only a few minutes drive away from beaches and restaurants. "
