"Rowan Cottage is a super cute place to stay. It is nestled in the forest which would be a great place to explore if I brought my little ones. (Next time for sure). When we entered it was nice and toasty warm. The lounge and kitchen had everything we needed. The house directions/expectations were easily found. Loads of space and I will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was quintessential Scottish and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker for those of us who would like a pot of coffee and didn’t have a dryer. Fortunately we were able to dry clothes in the glorious sunshine while we were in the Highlands. Strathpeffer was a lovely place to visit. Drove to Ullapool for the day, great day trip. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful spot!"

"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "Property was recently remodeled and was comfortable. Very good food at the pub located on the property. Access to the bathroom was through the master bedroom which was odd."
