"This was by far in all my travels to the UK (this was my 4th) the nicest, most comfortable, best all around hotel I stayed at. Staff was so incredibly friendly! Food was delicious (we had three breakfasts and one dinner there). In three nights I got hooked on the heated towel rack and now I’m looking to get one for home!"

"The Courtyard Flat is like a home away from home. Lovely friendly and helpful owners. Welcome basket was a great start and meant we could unpack with a cup of tea and a treat. "Wonderful host and very good breakfast provided. Cereals/fruit/eggs/bacon/tomatoes/mushrooms and toast cooked to order and nicely done! Real coffee also appreciated. The bed mattress was lumpy and pillows completely flat. In need of an upgrade for a decent nights' sleep. The property is out of town which I hadn't fully realized. It is about 15-20 mins to town. We drove one night but parking is not easy. Area felt quite safe to walk around. Not a picturesque part of town. "

"Beautiful home! We truly enjoyed our short stay here while passing through Inverness. Very clean, comfortable bed, easy access to the downtown area, and our host was super helpful in directing us where to go for a late meal when we arrived later evening:) They really do make you feel right at home, and hands down best breakfast we had on our trip! They go over and above. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! "

"Property was very well located along the Ness River. It is very quaint with a steep staircase. Only take an overnight bag inside! Unfortunately the view from our room was ugly - lots of black plastic out there - which was disappointing."

"The hotel is well located in walking distance of the city centre and some nice places to eat. The rooms are small and comparatively expensive but this is the UK where everything is over-priced. The restaurant is nice and the staff super helpful- they made sure I was able to use a large, thickly carpeted room to do a 90 minute yoga session uninterrupted. "
