"The vintage cottage was quite charming. Our family enjoyed the close proximity to Isle of Skye and the tranquility of being nestled in the woods after a full day of exploring. As others have stated - the views were beautiful, even in the rain!Host communications was excellent. They provided clear instructions and a list of things to see and do in the area. "Paula and Rob were the perfect hosts ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. The cottage is essentially in two sections, each with its own bathroom & meeting in the kitchen which allows plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean & peaceful with the sound of the birds & loch heard when the windows were open. "Wenn man das Haus betritt, stellt man zunächst fest, dass die Räumlichkeiten schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen sind. Bis auf die Bäder wurde hier lange nicht mehr renoviert. Wenn man dann allerdings in die erste Etage kommt und die grandiose Aussicht durch die riesige Panoramascheibe des Wohnzimmers genießen kann, dann sind die Zimmer schnell nebensächlich. Die Kinder haben es sehr genossen, den ganzen Tag in der kleinen Bucht direkt am Wasser zu spielen und jede Menge Jakobsmuscheln...

"The apartment is superb. Totally well equipped to self cater. You can park next to the apartment. Everything's upto a fantastic standard. We had lovely welcome pack when we arrived. Box of eggs, loaf of bread and small milk. Nothing is too much hassle for the wonderful hosts, Rob and Andrea."

"The cabin we stayed in was lovely with spectacular views. It was cozy and had everything you could think of. Close to restaurants and food shopping and a great jumping off point for touring the Isle of Skye. Great place !"

"The Caravan is in a good location, in an easy walk to town. Yes, it has a view of the driveway, as in the photos, but you can also see the bay and mountains beyond. The heating is excellent, the beds are comfy and we felt very good here. The kitchen is reasonably well-equiped and is a bonus, as there are few good restaurant options near by. "5 minute walk to all town amenities, was great to have a fridge and cooking facilities, hosts were friendly. Across the road from the beach and walking path. Highly recommend!"

"Loved staying in the wonderfully appointed cabin, it had everything you could need for basic meal cooking. The shower as terrific, as was the bed. The cabin was very clean. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our 2+ week long Scotland trip. The views from the cabin were especially nice too."

"This place was amazing and exceeded expectations! The views were out of this world and a bonus is that it is essentially a sheep farm so lots of sheepys around as well. The room was great and bed was comfy - only suggestion would be to add some shelf space in bathroom and shower for toiletries. "
