"Do not stay here I made a reservation through Expedia I was told they had to swimming pool and a hot tub he did not I did call ahead on my way of arrival to this hotel the lady there told me that the pool is temporarily broken the part will be here momentarily or in a couple of days that's wrong I actually the hotel swimming pool and hot tub have been down for years on and off. "The breakfast was decent, friendly breakfast attendant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean, the beds were not comfy and the mattress under the sheets was extremely dirty. Pool area was okay, water was cold and there were no towels. Overall decent stay for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how uncomfortable the beds were."

"Adorable little hotel, only about a dozen rooms and unstaffed but quiet and discreet. Rooms are sheik and the beds are fantastic (like really comfortable). Probably the best part is the location, just a few miles from Union Station, the Jazz District, downtown and the WW1 museum with a great coffee shop across the street."

"My queen room was perfect! Tho it was rainy, the grounds and pool looked very nice, well kept. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. My husband was admitted at KU Med Center so my stay was day to day. They were so kind and helpful. I didn’t sample the breakfast. Parking was plentiful. Overall, very satisfied!!"
