"エアコンが壊れていたせいか、一泊は違う部屋で泊まらせられ２部屋取った一部屋は下水臭くて寝てられ無いし最初の一泊した部屋はオーシャンビューで予約したのにシティービューだしお詫びにと持って来た朝食券も７名で行ってるのに２枚だし、これじゃー後5名分はお金を出して朝食食べろみたいな感じにしか思えず元々朝食を付けて無いけど１回は食べて見ようかなーと思っていたけど追加5名分8400円位払って食べる気力が無く諦めました、立地は良いけど部屋の掃除も16時に帰ってもして無かった事も"

"We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. "Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated."
